XC Connect "Welcome" page appears after the XC Connect connector has already been configured.
 
Question:
Why do I receive a "Welcome" page after I have already configured my XC Connect connector?
 
Answer:
In some situations on OSX the XC Connect connector will start before your network interface is actively connected to your network.  This may cause the XC Connect "Welcome" page to be displayed as if you had not yet configured your XC 'connector'.  You will be asked to re-enter your XCN Server information.

Examples of when this behavior may occur is:

- when a wireless user switches networks

- when a connector is configured to login automatically on startup, the connector is unable to communicate properly with the network connection

To resolve this issue, please simply exit XC Connect, reconnect to your network, ensure you have connectivity and  restart XC Connect.
