XC Connect & XC Vault Pricing
(XC Small/Medium Business & XC Enterprise)
All Licenses are issued as Permanent Licenses (no recurring license fees) and include:
- the XCN Server,
- connectors for Outlook, Entourage, Address Book/iCal, and Evolution,
- the XC Web-Browser Interface (web access to calendars, contacts, and tasks), and
- 12 months of Maintenance, Support, & Upgrades (MS&U).
You may purchase any number of licenses for either XC Connect or XC Vault, but the minimum inital purchase is 5. The table below provides you with a summary of our pricing. If you need more than 200 licenses, please contact us and we'd be happy to provide with a prompt quote that will meet your needs!

| Standard Maintenance, Support, and Upgrades is provided at no cost to you for 12 months. After that initial year,
should you wish to continue with Maintenance, Support, and Upgrades, the annual fee is 20% of your original license cost. |

Existing Customers - Additional Licenses
As a current customer, you may purchase any number of additional licenses. There is no minimum purchase.
Pricing for additional licenses is based upon the new total number of licenses. For example, using the table above, if your original purchase was for 10 licenses (at $79 each), and later you wish to add anther 10 licenses (for a total of 20 users), the 20 user price will be used ($70 each). For that reason pricing for each customer will vary, depending on the number of licenses that they currently have.
