Xchange Network announces XC Connect implementation across major market verticals |

Xchange Network announces that its collaboration software, XC Connect, has been successfully implemented across the 11 major market verticals.
XC Connect, a Calendar, Contact, and Task collaboration solution, allows any combination of Microsoft Outlook, Mac Address Book/iCal, Microsoft Entourage, and Novell Evolution users to create, modify, and share data.
"It is no small feat that our solution has been successfully implemented by our many customers across the 11 major market verticals" stated Bill McManus, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Xchange Network. "But more importantly, it is interesting to note that the ability to collaborate is a universal need across every market segment."
The market segments include energy, education, transportation, manufacturing, services, agriculture, mining, construction, finance, insurance, and real estate.
"To take it a step further," continued McManus, "most organizations have a mix of desktop environments, and that is where XC Connect has proven itself. Not only can XC Connect synchronize data between "like" desktop applications, such as Outlook-to-Outlook, but any combination of Outlook, Entourage, Address Book/iCal, and Evolution desktops. No other software provider has a solution such as this."
Xchange Network reports that a key contributor to the successful implementation across such diverse markets is the level of flexibility and options of implementation provided to users by XC Connect, specifically the ability to install on virtually any operating system and utilize the major desktop applications that users are already familiar with. One noted customer reports that “I now have options that I never had before.”
