Maintenance and Support is included for the first year.
Subsequent to the first year of purchase, you may purchase annual maintenance and support at an annual rate of 20% of the amount paid for user licenses. This fee includes email product support and product upgrades for minor and major releases.
Should you choose to not renew your Maintenance & Support upon expiration and wish to renew at a later time, your renewal fee will be either the prorated amount from the end of your last Maintenance & Support period plus the regular renewal fee, or simply re-purchase the licenses, which ever is less.
Once your Maintenance & Support has expired, our Support group will always try to help you with "simple" questions, but we will not be able to offer any debugging or in-depth support
efforts and will not be able to provide you with upgrades or patches.
