XC Connect "Hosted" (also known as XCSmall/Home Office) is a secure (128-bit encryption), fully-functional hosted solution that provides individuals the flexibility of using a desktop application they are already familiar with.
- Microsoft Outlook®
- Microsoft Entourage®
- iCAL and Address Book for OS X
- Novell EvolutionTM
- Web-based interface
Now, you can easily create, modify and share Calendars, Address Books, and/or Project Tasks with your colleagues cross the room or across the globe through Xchange Network's robust servers. XC Connect "Hosted" eliminates the hassles of setting up and maintaining a server.
What to Expect
For a look at what to expect when setting up your account and synchronizing, Click HERE. You'll see that it's very simple!
Once you have established a customer account with Xchange Network, you simply install an XC ConnectTM connector on each user's desktop that corresponds to their desktop application (e.g., Outlook). The XC Connect connector manages the data transfer between Outlook, iCAL and Address Book, Entourage and/or Evolution and Xchange Network's XCN Server. Your other users with their appropriate connector will then be able to move data bi-directionally between the XCN Server and their desktop application. Plus, you have the option to also access Calendar, Address Book and/or Task data via any web browser.
Regardless of where you need to work, you still need to be able to access your information. XC Connect Home/Small Office makes it easy by allowing you and your teams to work where, when, and how you want. It's just that simple!
