Fields within an Address Book record don't sync using XC Connect for OS X
 
Question:
Why don't fields within an Address Book record sync properly when using XC Connect for OS X?
 
Answer:
This problem is most likely due to the use of "custom" labels.  XC Connect for OS X doesn't sync labels that have been customized (e.g., changed "work" to "support" next to a phone number).

XC Connect for OS X only syncs standard labels.  To enable the synchronization of all fields, labels must be returned to the standard label format.  To accomplish this, please click on the label next to a field that has been customized, then choose an option other than "custom".
