Get the error "could not connect to url http://asp.xcnetwork.com:80....." when attempting to access "Manage Personal Data Sharing", or "User Administration on Server", or "User Availability"... |

This applies only to XC Home/Small Office or if your server is set to allow SSL connections only.
The reason you are getting this error is because the port that you are accessing is an encrypted port (for your security) and the default setting on your connector is not set for it.
To resolve this, please:
Select XC Connect for Entourage/OSX -> Options -> Configure -> Advanced and change the "Server HTTP Port" to "443"
Select "Save" and that will take care of it ! |
