The XC Connect solution consists of two components; the XCN Server and XC Connect connector. The XCN Server is installed on a computer that is accessible by your users and manages users, permissions as well as any shared data. The XC Connect Connector, installed on every user’s computer, handles the data transfer between Outlook, iCAL and Address Book, Entourage and/or Evolution and the XCN Server.
XC Vault™
The XC Vault file sharing solution enables users to securely store and share any type of electronic file: documents, data, software programs, CAD files, video or audio files can all be stored securely. Files are stored in a user-defined folders and assigned permissions such as read-only, read/Write or read/write/delete. XC Vault supports document management features such as version control and check-in/check-out functionality.
